The 3rd edition of the biggest event of the Polish textile industry, the Fast Textile International Textile Fair was held in Nadarzyn near Warsaw. On 3 days, the Ptak Warsaw Expo International Exhibition and Congress Centre was filled with manufacturers, distributors and importers of fabrics, knitwear, machinery and components – altogether 350 companies from 27 countries and 24 000 visitors.
The Textile Fair is a one-of-a-kind place where you can check all trends for upcoming seasons and buy anything one needs for clothing produce straight from Polish and foreign manufacturers. During the 3rd edition, their rich offer was presented by representatives of such countries as: Italy, France, Turkey, Portugal, China, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Uzbekistan, Denmark, Greece, the Netherlands, Estonia, Ukraine, Belarus, Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Within 3 days, Ptak Warsaw Expo changed into a centre of setting trends and establishing trade relations.
The Fair hall was divided into special zones: fabrics, knitwear, accessories, machinery, yarn, services and international pavilions. Fast Textile provided an opportunity to get familiar with the latest patterns, structures, materials and services used in the textile industry. Once again there was the Trend Zone, where you could find all novelties and fresh trends from the world of fashion and textiles. Guests were able to relax here in the surroundings of modern interiors and expositions designed based on trends for 2017 from biggest fashion houses.
The best producers and designers used the opportunity to come to the Textile Fair. Ptak Warsaw Expo was visited by none other than the world-famous Polish designer Maciej Zień, who was looking for materials to create his new collection.
Moreover, the Textile Forum enjoyed popularity – professionals from various trades led lectures and workshops, e.g. about evaluating textile materials, sublimation printing, creating a brand or innovations in textiles. Thus, it created a creative space where you could exchange experiences and direct their questions to a group of specialists. The Fair was also visited by students from all Poland who had a chance to take a sneak peek behind the scenes of the clothing business.
Another tradition of the Textile Fair is the Fast Textile Diamonds – prestigious awards handed to the best exhibitors. As each year, the finest quality and most innovative ideas were honoured. The winners of the Fast Textile Diamonds 2016 are:

The unquestionable success of the 3rd edition of the Fast Textile Fair meant hundreds contracts and trade transactions. Answering the needs of the Polish clothing sector, the organisers did their best to create an exceptional place for companies choosing the route of innovation, as well as for all fans of fashion and textiles.
