Hiring foreigners is becoming more and more popular in our country. Leasing employees from the East is currently the most effective and the fastest way to fill labour shortages while increasing productivity.
The number of people looking for work through temporary employment agencies is also growing. In 2019, according to the EWL S.A. report ‘An employee from Ukraine – wages in Poland’, 36 percent of Ukrainian citizens actively sought work in this way, and thanks to good organization and cooperation with the agency up to 60 percent of migrants find work in less than two weeks.
