About the Foundation
The EWL Foundation for Supporting Migrants on the Labour Market was established in 2015, with the aim to continue implementing projects for the development of a labour market based on migrants competences. The core activity focuses on improving multilateral cooperation between employers, government institutions, NGOs and migrants themselves.
In 2017, the Foundation’s activities included educational projects – the operation of an online language school and cooperation with universities in Poland provides the opportunity to improve qualifications for new and current temporary employees of the EWL Group.
EWL Foundation is also a robust research facility. From 2018, and in partnership with the Study of Eastern Europe at the University of Warsaw from 2019, the organization conducts sociological research among foreigners, who have taken up employment in our country. Between 2018 and 2022, eight reports were published based on above-mentioned research.
Today, in the face of the conflict in the Ukraine, the Foundation provides charitable aid and engages in activities supporting Ukrainians returning to the country.

Christmas without Dad
For the past seven years, the EWL Foundation has supported the “Christmas without Dad” campaign, a Christmas collection for children affected by the war in eastern Ukraine.
Polish Humanitarian Action
EWL Group in 2019 signed a partnership agreement with the Polish Humanitarian Action, which operates around the world, responding in places where humanitarian crises erupt: natural disasters and armed conflicts.
