Reception Points

We ensure a comfortable start for each candidate through our reception points across Poland. Employees can sign contracts here, receive all necessary job-related information, and use the relaxation zone. We also offer SIM cards and help with installing the EWL app.

Information Policy

Employees receive clear and detailed information about work, accommodation, transportation, rules at work and place of stay, salaries, and emergency contacts. Our open communication supports their confidence and comfort.

B2C Customer Hotline Service

Our Customer Care Department is available until 9:00 PM on weekdays and until 5:00 PM on weekends to provide support with all employment-related matters.

On-site Inspections


At the request of B2B clients, we conduct inspections of working conditions at the workplace. The results help improve the work environment, supporting employee satisfaction and efficiency.

Safety Guarantee

We provide employment, accommodation, and full legalization support. Additionally, we offer a reimbursement of travel costs up to USD 100, ensuring a stress-free start at the new workplace.
