PulsHR.pl: The economy in Germany is waking up. How will it affect our labour market?

The March reading of the PMI index for the German industry is the best in several decades, the revival is also observed in Germany’s service sector. How will these data affect the market of temporary employment in our country?

‘We read them as a harbinger of revival also on the Polish market and the upcoming demand for employees, including foreign ones’, explains Michał Wierzchowski, sales director at the EWL Group on PulsHR.pl website.

‘We are very hopeful and optimistic about the information coming from the German and French markets. We expect that when the pandemic slows down in Germany and the rest of Europe, there will be record-breaking orders in Polish plants, which will have to make up for the reduced orders from the first quarter of the year. This will, in turn, mean a further increase in demand for foreign employees.

– says the expert.
