New challenges for the EWL Group – European markets

EWL Group - International Division

EWL has been consistently increasing operational footprint in Europe throughout recent years and with new ambitious business projects, embarked on the path of expanding the brand into other European countries. As a leader in the employment industry in Poland we also see vast opportunities in the international market suffering from crippling shortage of labour.

We combine experience with innovation

For over 14 years, we have focused on alleviating the challenges and obstacles faced by thousands of applicants around the world. We work hard to continuously improve the security of migration processes and offer opportunities for further professional development to the migrants themselves. At the opposite end of the spectrum are our business partners, who benefit from our focus on finding and acquiring workers exactly when they are needed.

This is made possible through in-depth data analysis and the use of machine learning systems that find the right candidates from 4 continents and automate the recruitment process. The technology we use has allowed us to create a digital environment which, combined with our values and standards, protects employees by putting them at the heart of the process. This guarantees treating each other with respect, dignity and trust.

“As EWL, we are standing at the forefront of innovative recruitment solutions with proven track record in global cross boarder labour migration.” explains Andrzej Korkus, CEO of EWL Group. “Our mission for the upcoming three years is to link European employers with motivated workers from non-EU countries.”

We set new directions for development

To take traditional recruitment services to the next level, we use AI technology dedicated to our operations on a daily basis, which quickly and effectively develops and matches important factors: people with their skills, experience and potential, and employers with their needs. An additional advantage is that we pay special attention to the complicated legal environment, which translates into a highly specialized offer of legalization and HR services for labour migrants, built with modern IT solutions.

We are delighted to announce new addition to our International Division – Michalina Sielewicz, who will be leading this initiative as International Development Director. We are determined to expand our international presence and will very soon showcase brand new European offices openings in line with our global growth strategy.
