Money.pl: Ukrainians left, but are coming back. This year there may be more of them than before the pandemic.

‘By the end of the year the number of foreigners working in Poland will return to the level of December last year and may even exceed it’, predicts Marcin Kołodziejczyk, International Recruitment Director at EWL.

‘Before the outbreak of the pandemic we observed a very high demand for foreign workers. It was at a record level last year, but it seemed that the demand this year might be even greater’.

– quotes Money.pl.

‘However, the second half of March and April turned out to be a dead end in recruitment. But since June this has already changed dynamically’, emphasizes Marcin Kołodziejczyk in an interview with MondayNews.pl portal. He adds that a lot of candidates are applying to EWL. There is also a big demand for foreign staff from Polish employers.
