Administrator
The administrator of your data is EWL S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw, KRS: 0000080338. The administrator has appointed a coordinator for the protection of personal data, who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: [email protected] in all matters regarding your personal data. The data protection coordinator does not act as a data protection officer within the meaning of art. 37-39 GDPR.
Purpose and basis of processing
Your personal data in the field of identification (name, surname, company) and contact data (e-mail address, telephone number) will be processed for the purpose of marketing services or products by means of communication, depending on the scope of the data provided on the basis of the consent given1, 2, 3. Conducting marketing activities is the legitimate interest of the administrator4.
To the extent that the data is processed for the purpose of handling the inquiry from the contact form, the data is processed depending on the content of the inquiry in order to handle correspondence4 or in order to take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject5.

Recipients of personal data
The recipient of your personal data will be authorized employees and associates of the administrator, entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of legal provisions and the Administrator’s subcontractors, if the method of processing requires entrusting them with data (e.g. IT solution providers). Recipients of data may be companies to which consent has been given to disclose the data.
Data processing period
Your data will be processed for the period in which they are suitable for the purpose for which they were collected. Each time, the basis for the termination of processing is your consent.
Data transfer to countries outside the European Economic Area
By using some tools (especially IT) and cooperating with some business partners (Ukraine), we can transfer some of your data to countries outside the European Economic Area. The level of data protection in these countries may be lower than in EEA States. The legal instrument securing such data transfer are: standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (their content is available at http://eur-lex.europa.eu or the administrator’s website).
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to:
- the right to access your data and receive a copy of it
- the right to rectify (correct) your personal data;
- the right to limit and object to the processing of personal data;
- the right to object and delete personal data;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw);
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data, but without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
