Employees from Ukraine care\nabout long-term employment, which is confirmed by the number of applications\nfor temporary residence permits&#8217;, says <strong>Mariya\nKuzenko, Head of Legalization in the EWL Group, a company recruiting top-class\nspecialists from Eastern markets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study &#8216;Ukrainians\non the Polish labour market&#8217;, prepared by the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw and\nthe Foundation for the Support of Migrants on the Labour Market &#8216;EWL&#8217;, states that\nthe number of people who would like to move to Poland permanently is growing\nyear by year &#8211; in 2018 it was 22%, in 2019 &#8211; 32.7% of the surveyed Ukrainians.\nThe main reasons are: higher quality of life, higher earnings than in Ukraine\nand better prospects for raising and educating children (&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;The largest\ngroup are people with higher and incomplete higher university education. Men\ndominate among the arrivals, but the proportion of women is increasing every\nyear. These people are looking for a job that matches their education.
