He also emphasised the importance of continued digitalisation of administrative procedures \u2013 such as the ability to submit applications via the praca.gov.pl platform \u2013 as a meaningful improvement that could reduce the burden on employers and accelerate the legalisation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, Artur Gregorczyk also pointed out that the proposed reforms do not address all challenges facing the labour market. One such issue is the outdated list of seasonal occupations, which \u2013 despite growing demand in various sectors \u2013 continues to focus almost exclusively on agriculture and hospitality.
