The report is based on the analysis of the results of the survey <\/span>\u2018Migrants in Polish companies. Employment practices, forecasts and barriers. Experiences of employers\u2019<\/span>, in which a total of <\/span>200 large and medium-sized enterprises employing non-EU foreigners<\/span><\/b> participated. The survey was conducted from 25 September to 11 October 2024 in Poland by the EWL Group, Legalito the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Nearly two-thirds (61%) of the companies currently employing<\/a> non-EU workers are planning to increase their number in 2025. This is a clear sign that companies are increasingly recognising the potential of international workforce as a key element of development, and that local channels for recruiting<\/a> staff are being exhausted. The main reason for expanding the employment of foreigners<\/a> is the need for greater workforce flexibility<\/a> (53%)<\/p>\n
