The findings of the latest study ‘Migration 2.0. Poland in the Global Fight for Talent from Asia and Latin America’ by EWL and the Centre for East European Studies and the University of Warsaw are cited nationwide by Polish media and portals, including Rzeczpospolita<\/a>, Interia.pl<\/a>, Puls Biznesu<\/a>, TVP Info<\/a>, PulsHR.pl<\/a>, WNP.pl<\/a>, Forsal.pl<\/a>, Money.pl<\/a>, Polskie Radio<\/a>. In addition, the report was mentioned by radio stations RMF FM<\/em> and Radio ZET<\/em>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The national media<\/a> quoted the speakers taking part in the presentation of the report,<\/a> who emphasised that the Polish labour market has become an attractive destination for economic migrants in the recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018We have a record low unemployment rate, a record high number of people working on the Polish labour market <\/a>and last year we also had a record low economic growth, so despite the weak condition of our economy our labour market is booming,\u2019.<\/p>\n said Andrzej Korkus, the CEO of EWL, as quoted in Puls Biznesu<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The daily Rzeczpospolita highlighted the experience of integrating foreigners working in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018The employers we work with emphasise that Latin American<\/a>-Colombian employees are showing the greatest willingness to integrate in Poland: they are keen to take an interest in the life of the community where they live, go to church services and cultural events. In contrast, workers from Asia<\/a>, primarily Indonesia and the Philippines, speak better English, allowing them to acclimatise more quickly to their new environment,\u2019<\/p>\nthe Rzeczpospolita<\/em> quotes Rafa\u0142 Mr\u00f3z, EWL Group’s Operations Director.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
