Poland in the Global Fight for Talent from Asia and Latin America\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poland&#8217;s first report on the situation of non-European workers is based on an analysis of the results of the survey \u201cPoland in the Global Fight for Talent from Asia and Latin America,\u201d which was conducted from March 25-April 8, 2024 by EWL Group, the EWL Foundation and Centre for East European Studies at Warsaw University.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The last five years have seen a noticeable change in the number <a href=\"https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/ewl\/en\/legal-compliance-of-employment-foreigners\/\">of work permits issued <\/a>in Poland for <a href=\"https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/en\/the-abc-of-employing-a-foreigner-type-a-work-permit\/\">foreigners<\/a> from Asian and <a href=\"https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/ewl\/en\/poland-is-fighting-for-economic-migrants-from-asia-and-latin-america\/\">Latin American<\/a> countries. In 2019 almost 55,000 permits were issued to citizens from these two regions. However, in 2023 it was already over 275,000, so a fivefold increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"880\" height=\"451\" src=\"https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-11.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-84347\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-11.png 880w, https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-11-300x154.png 300w, https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-11-768x394.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 880px) 100vw, 880px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 450 immigrants<a href=\"https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/ewl\/en\/the-presentation-of-the-newest-ewl-report-migration-2-0-poland-in-the-global-fight-for-talent-from-asia-and-latin-america\/\"> from Asian <\/a>and Latin American countries who are<a href=\"https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/ewl\/en\/case-study\/\"> employed in Poland <\/a>participated in the survey. The report will answer the following questions:\u202f\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What had the greatest influence on their choice of Poland as an emigration country?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How long do they intend to stay in Poland?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What <a href=\"https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/ewl\/en\/food-industry-workers-recruitment\/\">industries<\/a> and positions do they work in?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How much do they earn on average in Poland, and how much do they send to their home country?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How long did it take them to get hired in Poland, and how much did it cost?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do they seek employment in our country?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In what language do they communicate in the workplace?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For how long are they willing to tie themselves to their current employer?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are they willing to recommend Poland as a country for labor emigration?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do<a href=\"https:\/\/ewl.com.pl\/ewl\/en\/poland-is-fighting-for-economic-migrants-from-asia-and-latin-america\"> immigrants <\/a>from Asia and Latin America integrate in Poland?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What
